The bubble dash you refer to is used only on the 60-62
Chrysler. The part they were referring to to make it work would be the power
pack to control the dash lighting. It it a small box around 1/ 1/2 x 3 inches
& has a plug with 2 wires connected to it. These power packs generally
go bad with age & need to be rebuilt. If you have a car you plan on
transplanting this cluster into, you should already have a power pack. If you
can get the one out of the parts car, it would be worth getting.
