Hi Bill.

Sorry it toke me so long to get back to you.

I had to dump my hard drive and reload it to fix my computer windows had problems.

I do not have the lever for that wheel and it should have a tilt lever.

Unless someone put the wheel off of the tilt column on the none tilt.

I do have the lever that is screwed on.

The tilt and telescope columns screw on if yours is held in place with a screw I can send you one.

Thank you Bob for the most useful information.  The steering wheel is a telescoping type but does not tilt.  has a stainless steel collar (about 8 inches of it) just below the steering wheel.  I would appreciate it if you would contact me at wconway@xxxxxxxxxx  again thanks for the IML and alla the great information it contains.  Bill - 67 4dr sedan
