1965 steering wheel

Hi everyone,
 My first post on iml, hope I'm doing this right. The only part left to
the restoration of my 65 imperial is the steering wheel. Mine is badly
cracked. I have look everywhere for a NOS or decent used steering wheel
but no luck. Anyone knows of one. the color is blue. Or does anyone
knows of somebody who could restore those. I have tried a lot of
advertised steering restorer, but no one seems to want to touch these
type of wheels.  I myself  had quite a lot of success restoring wheels
that had to be painted, using the Jack Turpin method, but I am at a lost
with these type.
