I wanted to thank all my fellow Imperialists for coming to my rescue once again! That push button thing can be a nightmare, and had me really depressed when I couldn't run my baby for such a simple reason. I managed to get all the buttons back in place, and working without the bezel in place, except neutral is still stuck in the pushed in position, but by shifting between reverse and drive with slight pressure on the button I am able to get the car in neutral. I may not have the neutral button seated properly, since it's the hardest to get to. I think I'll spray paint the inside back plate with glow in the dark paint in case I ever have to go through this again. Lesson learned, don't let kids at Sears drive you car into their garage. Now my tail lights won't go off. They stay lit, but dimmer than the regular setting, so I have to pull the battery cable every time I park. I suppose this could be a good theft deterrent, along with the push butto
ns. Anyone have any ideas on the tail lights? Thanks again, Bill Melichar 1959 Crown Coupe
