Stranded in metropolis/freeze plugs

I put a rubber plug in a hard to reach spot (back of head next to
firewall) on a 383  T&C engine.
Never had a problem in the eight years it was the hard driven family car.
 Driven mostly cross country and in Utah.  Also many trips with full load
between Spokane and Salt Lake City.

Some of my plugs could use replacement.
