IML: Seven button radio model 919 1957

Imperialists,

Vancouver Island's Mopar Joe is looking for a seven button radio -- model
919 or 918 -- for a '57 Desoto Adventurer coupe with 354 Hemi. He actually
has the radio itself, but it doesn't have the package of vacuum tubes and
such that bolts onto the back of the unit.
 
Can't find a picture at this point.
