This is intolerable. Haven't we been asked to post in plain font???George does beautiful work, and states up front that it will take a long time (possibly VERY long) to receive the parts he makes. If any of us is in that much of a hurry, then its time for another hobby. If driving a Cadillac is more satisfying than ordering perfect newly made reproduction parts for a scarce Imperial, than the same applies.
I patronize, support, and respect the folks who have taken the time run the OIC and to make or keep inventory of the parts we need to keep our cars running. Folks who prefer to collect cars that they can buy new parts for quickly and easily may be more satisfied with 1957 Chevy's and 1965 Mustangs. For them, you don't even need to start out with a real car.
I have been dealing with this for over 35 years, and find myself grateful for folks like George Laurie.
Hats off to you George for your efforts and success! I'm still waiting for my map light, dome light and correct front parking lights. I have received numerous emails from other Imperial owners who are very disgruntled. Some are talking legal action. If you chose not to complete the balance of my order, please refund my money via PayPal as I paid you. I do have a mate here in Australia who as far as I know does do small runs, but of course that means that the stickers are a few dollars each as there is a lot of time involved in set-up before it starts printing, if there are a few who wanted them i could contact him about it, I would think he would want a minimum number, maybe 50 or something like that, regards George.

All of them said they didn't have the material to make it work. I ordered the foil paper Kenyon suggested and will give that a try. I have clear heat paint already and will let you all know how well it turns out, and I'll take pictures. Has anyone done this before, on the list, any tips?

Hi Paul, I have not been able to find foil paper that works. No one carrys it or even can even order it. The foil paper I've tried does not hold the black ink and comes out too light. I went to six places in town looking for the correct foil paper and they all looked at me like I had two heads, except one recomended a print shop in Chico that can make most anything. If anyone knows a source for material that works, let me know. Marty
Marty, the original intent was to allow DIY printing. What about this $1.75/sheet option?: http://www.hyaz.com/inkjet%20gold%20%20silver%20self%20adhesive.html Kenyon_________________________________________________________________________
