I have attended this show since 2003. It
is about 3 hours from me. It is the same concept as Carlisle.
However, they don't classify the cars in the field. It is open to Chrysler
products only. I take my 1971 Imperial and park with my friends 1970
Polara and 1967 Plymouth Fury. Click on the link and you can get a better
image of what is happening. There is a vendor area - meals -
entertainment.
HOWEVER - It is a much smaller scale than
Carlisle. From Carlisle standards - there is no comparison. For a
Canadian content show - this is our Carlisle. Definitely worth the trip at
least once. Door prizes are for this year 1970 Roadrunner on the Sunday -
and if they promise of last year holds - a crate Hemi on the
Saturday.
No burnout contest - but a engine blow both
days.
Tickets are on sale for a 1971 Superbee drawn
on the Sunday.
Actually in 2004 a friend of mine won the
car.

No local accommodation - it is a small town
with a BIG show. But Kitchener is about 20 minutes away with lots of
accommodation - but you should book soon.
Lots to do locally - excellent and
large Saturday Farmers Market and a local tourist town based on
Mennonites. My wife usually takes a 2nd car up and then she & the
wives take off for Saturday and spend Sunday at the show. But sometimes
they take off for Sunday and I think I am getting this too
long

can preregister for the show you can do that on line through the secure site.
Open
to all years of Mopar/AMC/Jeep show vehicles, Custom Truck/Van and Special
Interest Vehicles (newer cars and trucks)
If
you preregister your 1986 or older Mopar you have a chance to win the
participant grand prize a 1970 Plymouth Road Runner 440. (the
registered vehicle & owner must be present to win). While you?re on the
website take a look at the 1971 Dodge Super Bee. It?s the ticket
car for 2008 (the
proceeds go to the New Hamburg Optimist Club)
This
year we expect over 1600 show vehicles and
more than 20,000 people attend the 2 day event.
The colour flyers
will be mailed out in a few months to those who requested them. If you are not
