I got my first WPC Entry Form in 1998 or 1999 when I joined the Walter P. Chrysler Restro Club ( ...http://chryslerclub.org/ ). They have an news letter/magazine that is out every month. Months and months before any event is to happen, the correct entry form is in the magazine for you to complete and mail back to them.
