RE: IML: Signal Seeking AM/FM Radio

Usually, this is caused by the car being out of range of any station, or the antenna coming unplugged.  If you are sure there is no problem there, the failure is inside the radio (insufficient signal strength is reaching the trigger tube) and it will have to be checked by a radio technician.  If the radio is performing normally as long as you don’t use the signal seeking feature, that pretty well proves the problem is internal.

Subject: IML: Signal Seeking AM/FM Radio

Experts,

What goes wrong with the signal seeking radio when it fails to stop at a station, but continues moving across the dial, and continues to do so until power is turned off?
