IML: Attachment hardware to wheel cover medallion - 64 Imp conv

Hi to all - I ordered the medallion to replace one missing, but it came with 
no spring or clip or other mounting hardware. The other three wheel cover 
medallions (black/gold) all turn in place and I assume they're pressure mounted, 
but don't want to pry them off....

These are unique to the 64 Imp conv. as you know. Thanks for any advice re: 
what to get  re: mounting hardware.
