IML: Another 60 gage question

Greetings everyone
I think the gages are fried in my 60 .

The temp gage is dead. The oil pressure gage will peg and stay there.  The
gas gage will rise to a quarter a tank and stay there.(with a full tank).
The amp gage is fine but I read in the archives that it isn't effected by
the failing voltage limiter. My question is this  Will installing the
limiter now make the gas and oil pressure gages read normal again?.Or are
they probably toasted ?
