IML: '72 Imperial

I'm thinking about selling my imperial,  Don't have the money to restore it 
nor the place to store it.

My question is what would be a fair price, it does need some work (rust hole 
under vinyl top below rear window, broken fender skirt, rust holes in front 
edge of hood(may replace hood before sale) 1 hubcap missing).

Pictures of car are on the Imperials by Year page of website.

The car is not yet for sale, I'm just thinking about it right now.
