Hmmm... 1961 shouldn't have that issue. The roof in '61 LeBaron was 
made like '62 which doesn't include an insert. Could your car be an 
early prototype model?

Regarding the roof issue, I myself have a 1961 LeBaron with the same 
problem with the outline of the larger window. I still need to find a 
body shop that I can trust to rework the LeBaron rear window insert.
