I hope that you realize that the "perp" in this case is probably sitting in a coffe shop in Nigeria and does this for a living 16 hours per day. This is a full time business for an entire country with a population of 130M people.

What I find amusing is that a Democratic congressman was convicted of bribery to help get high speed internet acces for Nigeria and so is helping facilitate all of the frauds we must endure from this part of the world.
