I have seen this piece too, but the number could not be tracked down in my 1960 parts book...

 

So at least we know that it isn't for a 60 Imperial :)

 

Maybe one of the partsguru's can shine a light on it ?

There is a piece of diecast on Ebay with part #1686485 but discription says 58 59 60 Imperial.  Could any one tell me what exactly it fits and description of the part.   I looked on the clubs website parts list but couldn't find it.
