I second (third?) checking the battery connections. I had a car with a suspect + cable, often when hooked it up after winter storage it would operate all accessories, but when I went to start it, it would click and then have nothing-as if the battery wasn't hooked up. Fiddle with the connector and it would eventually be fine. Check the cable connections first-(it's free) then try the other suggestions.
