IML: Problem with 1960 wiper motor (variable speed)

Hi Imperialists,
I would like to ask your opinion with regard to my wiper motor/switch
assembly.
It suddenly stopped working and I have had problems before when switching
off the wipers. Instead of stopping the wiperblades, they weren't parked
into park position but continue to wipe :)
After switching on and off a couple of times they returned into park
position. Yesterday I was surprised by some light rain (I normally don't
drive my 60 in the rain!) and when I switched on the wipers nothing
happened...
>From the FSM I learned that there is a replacable circuit breaker at the B
terminal of the switch ???? (when you have variable wiper speed, which was
standard in the Crown and Le Baron I believe).
However I doubt if this circuit breaker is at fault cause the trouble
started with a wiper motor that won't stop after it was switched off...
No I ended up with a wiper system that doesn't work at all :(
Any thoughts? (Dick or Paul maybe??)
Thanks a lot in advance,
Robert
