> Self-Introduction: I have always liked Chrysler cars. I bought my first Chrysler, a 1986 Fifth Avenue when I was 13 and it is still my daily driver. I bought my 1977 New Yorker when I was 17 and my 1965 Chrysler 300 when I was 18. I think this is a pretty good collection for my age. I am currently working on fixing up the New Yorker and 300. I like how many parts interchange or are similar, it really helps in finding parts. I am having trouble with the interior lights on the New Yorker, when you open the drivers or passenger door only the map light on the dash comes on. The rear doors will only light up the rear door lights and the reading lights. When I first got the car when you opened any door all the lights(front door,dash, rear door, rear seat reading) came on. I am really stumped. Is this a commom problem with Chryslers? Beacause my 65 300 will not light the interior lights with either drivers side door, but both passenger side doors will!
