IML: 56 Radiator Hoses

I have scanned the Repair Section hoping to find NAPA parts numbers (or someone's) for the radiator hoses.  The 56 SouthHampton I bought has a yellow-striped upper radiator hose that I am certain is not original in appearance.

Does anyone have the numbers for the upper and lower hoses?  Thanks.  Also, wouldn't be bad to have the fan belt numbers as well.  Thanks, again.
