Tools > Options > Send >Once in the Send options window, select the Plain Text in the Mail Sending Format section.
You can review the other settings by hitting the Plain Text Settings button. The Message Format box should have MIME checked, and select 'None' for text encoding.
Other email programs would have similar options. Outlook Express is what I'm familiar with.
Dick B., thank you for being a gent with this reminder. Eric Portland, Oregon _______________________________________________________________________ The main reasons that the Digest mode produces so much junk are twofold: One reason is that people cannot remember to trim the unneeded stuff off their posts, for instance the repeated boilerplate message at the bottom which is appended to every message, including every reply, and: The second reason is that people forget to set their e-mail composer to post in "Plain Text" only. That makes the digest come through in cluttered up gibberish caused by all the formatting marks used. ----------------- http://www.imperialclub.com -----------------This message was sent to you by the Imperial Mailing List.
