The seller is Joe Bortz whose collection of concept cars is legendary. http://bortzautocollection.com/ One would assume this car needs a total restoration so there is nothing for the seller to tell. Since this was a one-of-a-kind fully operational vehicle built on a Mopar chassis by Ghia, and not a static display stand prop, anything under 300K for the car, as is, is probably a fair market value. Especially considering the car could be worth a million (or two) after another 250K is poured into it. Where is my lottery ticket.....
