Paul,
From the front you can not tell them apart; only
the rear connections to the fuel gauge are different via that transistor.
What is preventing this from fair operation? I have tested the gauges and
my original I am sad to say is not operating properly, which leaves me with only
the cluster I have which has the transistor on it. Would a short create
false readings? I am but a Plumber by trade and these mechanicals baffle
me. Thanks for any input and ALWAYS enjoy your Imperial....
