Bob -- check around with upholstery  and trim shops in your area.  You'll probably find a wide range of  prices for the job.  Getting the actual top should be no  problem.  The grain is still available, and I'm pretty sure that  the correct color will be available too.
  
  Based on my experience in getting vinyl tops replace on Imperials, it's  a pretty straightforward job.  The only detail that I've had a  problem with has been in getting the seams right on the
 panel below the  rear window.  If you look at your car now, you'll see that the  seams below the rear window follow a straight line down from the seams  above the rear window.  Point this out to the person doing the  top, because on one top, the new seams wound up several inches to the  outside of the original location.
