I am not surprised.

Some members were questioning what the drier is. These links have a crude picture and give a rough idea of the price. The e-bay seller probably purchased them from Advanced Auto for resale!   Ten buck is ten bucks and usually you pay more than the actual shipping costs.

These are still available new from Advance Auto
if you have them in your area... If not someone
else will have them. Retail price is $10
cheaper with no shipping from the parts store.
