That's the old name of one of the now-combined northern Cal clubs (along
with the Imperial Owners of Sacramento Valley). They merged about two years
ago.

It's now called "Imperial Owners Association of Northern California" but I
cannot find any info online...

If you go to the IML website and look at previous California Statewide
Meets, you might find a picture of your car and the name of its prior owner.
