HI Gille,

You can buy a new one at Atlas Obsolete Chrysler Parts, you can find them
with Google and they also have an Ebay store.
I have to warn you, they don't come cheap!
The rheostat btw, is an intregal unit with the headlight switch, so what
you are looking for is a new headlight switch.

Atlas does sell them for the 1960 Chrylser and the Imperial, I am not sure
if they are the same..
