  Autolite plugs are alright but hard to find in my area, NGK plugs are good as well, Champions are cheap junk and aren't much less then NGKs, Bosch plugs are so overpriced that I didn't bother asking. I used the NGK plugs in the 440 in my 1975 Newport, no pinging and no fouling to date, starts easily every time. One nice feature with the NGK plugs is that they plate the metal portions so that they don't rust, which can be an isssue in an aluminum cylinder head.
