This really IS a vast improvement over the existing concept-Imperial... and
I agree about the over-hang- particularly in the rear. All that too-common
awkward-looking front over-hang that has been helping to make cars look ugly
lately probably has something to do with the needs of front-wheel design,
but then I don't really like that anyway. I particularly like the white
side-walls, and I would like to see more chrome bright-work-- you know,
window surrounds, door-handles, mirrors, an what-not. Anyway, it looks more
like an Imperial-- especially the fuselage era.

The design certainly works for me. For one thing it
has OVERHANG. I don't like the current trend in
stubby-looking car bodies. I prefer the useless
excess of a long hood and deck. On this design the
fender skirts don't seem to work with the outline of
the wheel well, though.
