I used to live in RI & had the seats done on both of my 60's at a shop in 
Providence. The name of the shop escapes me at the moment. When you go down 
the exit ramp heading south, you practically run into it. In fact someone 
did at one time. The shop has been there a long time.
     I don't know if you know Don Verity from Smithfield RI. He is a member 
of the Northeast Imperial club as well as the 300 club. He would likely know 
the right place to send you for paint.
