to contact him is via snail mail. Does not answer phone as he is working
on orders, same for fax and e-mail. Order ahead, say 6 months or longer
for what you want. Order everything you think you will need for the
project at once. Smaller or one or two item orders not so fast in
response. Unwise to order one little item that you need last week, a set
up for frustration.
He works just about every night to midnight and
beyond trying to keep up. He re-married last August and now has some part
of a life beyond his shop. They travelled recently to a reunion back East
so he does get away from time to time so his backlog gets worse. But his
work is great and for most stuff, he is the only one producing the stuff.
Adding new stuff all the time
