IML: 1966 autronic eye

I am in the process of buying this Autronic Eye set up.  The pics i'm getting show only the amplifier and eye already removed.  does this also have an actuator like the dimmer switch?  something seems to be missing. can anyone tell me what all of the components are? were all the years the same?

i asked him to take pics of where it is attached to the dashpad.  he also says that the amplifier is located behind the glove box.  does anyone have an idea of the distance from the front and side to side location (maybe using the steering wheel as a locator.  would the holes be predrilled at the factory?
