Generally when parts suppliers/manufactures say that their items fit "all full sized Chrysler vehicles" they mean big Plymouths/Chryslers/Dodges. Imperials before 1957 and after 1966 generally will loosely be included in that. It is very unlikely that anything described as such would fit Imperials from 1957 through 1966. They are totally different cars in almost every way, especially in the suspension and frame related areas.
This is more of a note about caution when dealing with parts suppliers than about disc brake conversions. As far as most of these folks are concerned, '57 through '66 Imperials didn't exist. Even my front end shop has run into this when working on my cars and occassionally needing to find a particular bushing. As familar as they are about the uniqueness of these cars, they will end up with a part that they can't use.
Disc brake conversion kits for "full sized Chryslers" have been around for years, as their has been a market for them among the "mopar" specialty groups. Imperials were not included. Someone here about six months ago claimed to have found a kit online for our cars, and planned on purchasing it. I don't think we have heard anything since. I believe the member was located in Europe. It would be interesting to know how that turned out.

Subject: Re: IML: Model Kits 64/67
Hi all.....just got a reply form SSB Brakes regarding disc brake conversion kit.
They are telling me (as of right now) that this kit (
http://www.ssbrakes.com/products/detail/4123/?make=Chrysler&model=Fullsi
ze+Car&year=1966 ) will fit my 1966 Imperial even though they are saying it is
for "Full Sized Chrysler" vehicles. I have asked them to be SURE it also fits
Imperials especially 1964-66 and we'll see what they say. Their Kit is # A154.
assuming they come back and tell me it definitely WILL fit Imperials between
1964-66, are there any members out there who may be interested in purchasing
these? I have asked for a price if we have a quantity of members ordering them
and also asked about a kit for the rears if such as thing exists.
Please reply to me off line (dansgarage@xxxxxxxxxxxx) as I know this has been
kicked around not to long ago and the whole IML doesn't necessarily want to hear
a rehash.
Thanks all
Dan
