Regarding that "western Imperial"...that kit was a highly modified 1966 Convertible kit and the title of the kit and the TV series was "The Hero"... It couldn't be built stock without a lot of modifications....the '66 convertible was once again modified around 1968 with the trunk section permanently removed and could only be built as the pick-up conversion that was first seen as the '65 custom version of the convertible kit as designed by the Alexander Brothers, Mike and Larry, from the Detroit area. "The Hero" kit is fairly common but that pick-up only is quite rare...I've only seen one in nearly 40 years.
