Drain Hole on 63

My car is very original and has a square tray with a tube exit in its middle 
that fits through the floor just about above the rear axle . The Hood well 
has a round drainage strainer like in a domestic sink that sits above the 
afore mentioned tray . This is original equipment. Crude but efective.
