RE: IML: 17 yr old with a '62 Coupe

Dallas,

Welcome, and congratulations on the Imperial!! This is a great place to get
information, help, and occasionally, opinion. I've been helped with every
question I've had on the Imperials.

You must be one of very few Imperial owners in Alaska, and you are certainly
one of very few young Imperial owners. Your car will probably give you many
challenges' don't get discouraged. At about your age, I bought
"half-interest" in a 55 DeSoto. I've never done anything with it, and it
sits rusting now, but after 30 years, I finally have a shop in progress, and
may be able to save that car. Don't give up and move on; you may not get
another chance at such a wonderful car.

Again, welcome to the world of Imperials.
