Title: Re: IML: 1957-1966 Windshields
All those windshields fit the same, but just note that after
1961, the compound curvature is gone. The glass still fits in
the frame the same, but a ruler laid on the glass right up the
middle will lie flat on newer ones, where there was a distinct,
rounded, roll-back to meet the roof on earlier ones. A subtle
difference, perhaps (and so thought Chrysler's accountants); but I
really prefer the additional depth and fullness of the compound curved
original. jc

The windshield is switchable from any 1957 Imperial to any 1966
Imperial. If
you think that you can defie all. don't eventry. The windshields
from
chrysler's are smaller and do not fit the Imperials from the subject
matter.
