Are you sure it's the relay or is it the rim-blow?  If it is the relay, I 
can't imagine a horn relay on a 73 Imperial being any different than the 
horn relay on any other car, Mopar or not, from 1960 through 1989...other 
than possibly having a totally unique bolt pattern!
