This surprises me.  Even though many New Englanders tend to be gruff, that 
type of behavior is uncalled for.

I have dealt with Andy Bernbaum, and found them to be responsive.  They are 
not the "warmest and fuzziest" people to deal with, I will admit.  If you 
know by name with whom you spoke, let me know and I will contact the owner. 
They are an easy phone call away for me, as I live about 15 miles from their 
outlet.
