From 1967 the Imperial used a modified C body but this did not extend to the wheel bolt pattern or front end. The 5" bolt pattern was retained at least until 1972  but I think it went right through until the end of the big Imperials. No doubt the larger bolt pattern was maintained due to the weight of Imperials. This is also part of the interesting history of our great cars.
