Saw a movie last night on the TV with an Imperial in an unexpected role - landing net/trampoline for a falling angel! The Prophecy, a 1995 flick with Christopher Walken and Viggo Motenson as (respectively) the angel Gabriel and Satan. In one scene, the culmination of a tussle between two angels (on opposite sides of the improbable storyline's war) the loser is tossed out a WAY upper story window, to land messily on (obligatory Imperial content) a parked Imperial. It's either a 1964 or '65, sorry, couldn't tell, the falling angel crushed the drivers side roofline somewhat, but it was still looking drivable - at least for the derby set.
