Hi, thank-you for the hello Leslie, maybe one day i will remember to ask you for my hood ornament back(LOL). looking forward to coming back and doing some things with my family and one of the Imperials. To answer your question, looks to me that the war is going good here. probably why it is not in the news much. it is very different than Iraq in so many ways. the people see us more as liberators, not occupiers, it is a very international force here, when i go to the chow hall, i sit with probably soldiers from 10 different countries. the insurgents here fight with rifle and rockets not suicide bombers. I am fortunate to be serving here. I am politically conservative, and I hate to say it( I hope I am wrong) , but the war in Iraq may turn out a defeat for the us like Vietnam. and it is NOT the fault of the troops. In my time off I have been dreaming about imperial and may building a shop for them when I get back.
