I agree that we all need to be wary of this type of thing. Be assured though that this stuff is not just happening outide the good-old-USA. America is just as guilty of having this type of character residing within its borders. Let's not get too high on the virtuous horse and think that this kind of stuff happens only in "other countries". I've been sent bogus money orders for just this type of thing and yes, some came from the USA! We all need to be careful, regardless where the money comes from and where the buyer says there are from.
