If you are talking about the 8-track stereo in a 1975
Imperial, you sould find the left-right balance slider
just below the tuner and volume knobs on the radio
face.
By the way, you can read the '75 owner's manual at the
IML website:

Like all the Imperial manuals, it contains a few words
on radio operation.
