For '69 and '70, the vinyl roof was optional on the
Crown model, but standard for the LeBaron.

Since the Crown was dropped in '71, the vinyl roof
effectively became standard, which was the case
through '75.

I have seen a '69 Imperial Crown sedan without the
vinyl roof, and it gives the car a very different
appearance.
