I think there were a few of these built, but I know nothing about this particular car. I am amused to see all the finger marks on the hood, and the air cleaner lid sitting on the floor. From the air cleaner lid, it appears this car is still EFI. Someone needs to tell the guy that it WILL NOT RUN with the air cleaner lid off - I'll bet he is going to rip the whole EFI system out trying to get it to go again. It does appear to be a beautiful car. I have to wonder how practical it would be with the feeble 318 pulling 6000 pounds of car (the standard car weighs over 4000 lb).
