IML: How to short circuit bad energy on the IML

If anyone reading the IML has an issue with others'
behavior (behavior is different from opinions), there
is a group of moderators that address problems and
"troublemakers" off-list.  

Most of this work is not visible, and if one didn't
know differently, one could think that there are no
replies to off-topic or rude posts.  

This is not the case, and it is possible to complain
if you are dissatisfied.  Action generally WILL be
taken, and people have gotten warnings and suspensions
in the past for not toe-ing the line.

There is a correct forum for complaints, and I don't
think that it is the IML, as your 600 brothers and
sisters are unable to help fix problems, for the most
part.  

The admin group gets very little input (less than a
message a month, it seems).  If you have input about
how the  IML is, or is not working for you, these are
the folks to talk to:
