Re: IML: 1980's Imps - LAST ONE -

Looking at the pictures of the car I'm wonder about the front fender emblems. I thought that all Imperials form 1981 - 83 came with the "Electronic Fuel Injection " emblem below the Imperial name plate. This one does not have it. Maybe by 83 they left out the fuel injection emblem.

Wow. I can't believe that thing is in Forest Hills. My office is in Forest Hills, so my black '82 is parked there every day. Mine has a red interior and sohttp://by103fd.bay103.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/compose?type=ra&msg=A2A2CF99-8A80-432A-8DF5-0A5E47B3E98B&start=0&len=4170&curmbox=00000000%2d0000%2d0000%2d0000%2d000000000001&a=25987be5cdc84f707040c3e9de94bdea8f96ae0c62f40cd225597767823d7652#
Sendme serious dents. I'd like to get a look at this thing, but I doubt that any $15,000 bid is real. Not with a week left and it doesn't even meet reserve? I be the seller would kill to get $15k. Considering the price of garages ($150-250/month) around here he'd need to get that kind of return to pay for his investment of 23 years of garage space. Especially "climate controlled." Interesting that he claims there is a "metal plate" with the name of the purchaser-but he doesn't picture it. It also doesn't state it was put there by Chrysler. Nice looking car though.
