Sorry folks, this is all my fault. I spotted a white '59 Oldsmobile that had been done this way in my neighborhood on Monday afternoon. I said to my passenger, "gee, at least it isn't a '60 Imperial". The next morning I saw this contraption on ebay. If I had only I had kept my mouth shut!
