Thanks all for the feedback.  I have the mirror and the piece that fits 
beneath it.  All I need to do now is measure, mark, drill and install.  I 
did not know if the mirror was standard equipment or an extra - now I know 
it was an extra.  I have the original Vehicle Invoice dated 9/7/66 that 
includes the VIN so I know it's mine, describes the car as "1966 
Imperial-Crown 2 dr HT".

Sales Tax                     107.17

TOTAL                       5500.00


Sales Tax calculates out to slightly less than 2%.
This vehicle was purchased in Smithtown, L I. N. Y. (that's Long Island).
